Heater core/blower

Has anyone had an issue with the heater core/blower motor, where the A/C compressor turns on and the heater core makes a rattling sound/vibrating noise? Mine makes a vibrating sound when the compressor turns on, and it is driving me nuts. But I dont understand why it makes the noise when the compressor turns on???? I can pull on the plastic housing under the glove box and it stops, but it looks like a PITA to remove to inspect it.

Sounds as if the bearings on the blower are going. Causing the cage to sag on the housing The blower is an easy pull from under the hood.
