Has anybody used water wetter

The cooler products for there engine coolant. And what has happen during your use?

I've used it in my motorcycle when on tracks that don't allow glycol based antifreeze since if there is a spill it becomes a major clean up project.



It worked fine, motorcycle stayed within standard operating temps, but if you live in a place that freezes you need to change it out since it isn't an antifreeze.

I use it with the antifreeze in the mustang because the mustang has a tendency to run hot. Seems to work fine.

Most water weters work best with only water or non glycol coolant.

As others have stated/indicated. Works better with just water in itself and no anti-freeze.



I haven't used Water Wetter, but have used Royal Purple Ice.

I used it in my '93 Explorer Sport pulling a 6x10 utility trailer for years. FYI: put over 269k miles on the Explorer Sport in 12 years.

I have used the Red Line water wetter in my Mustangs for years and the seem to help it run cooler and do a good job of keeping the cooling system really clean.

Big difference on the intercooler temp as well as the radiator - I would say grab a couple. On eBay for half the retail prices of a speed shop
