Are you talking about the arm rest? Tons of DIY tutorials out there on recovering the arm rest. Plus tons of "kits" on ebay that comes with everything you need.

I wrote up a project on how to do it. I used Camo fabric, it lasted ~ 2 years before it wore thru. My dad used Vinyl and his is still wearing good.
