Larry Phillips created a realistic looking icon of his Trac, Jade, as it would look from behind and above (a perfect angle when using navigation in 3D mode).
I don't know which GPS software he's using, though.
I'm using iGuidance 3.0 by iNav on a Windows XP computer. I used a program called Resource Hacker to replace the original icon bitmap images with my own. If you'd like, I can create a modded bitmap that looks like your ST. I dunno how you'd install it on a Garmin, though.
Wow Larry. That is one huge ST. Almost 100ft long according to the scale in the overhead view...
I have said that my next vehicle will have a car PC in it so I can put whatever I want on it, be it MP3's, updateable Nav, etc... My AVIC is cool for now, but I wish I could put MP3's on it (instead of the crap format Pioneer converts the music to) and a cheap update for the Nav would be nice, not 400 bucks for an "update" that does little more than put a chokehold on the nav system itself (no chaging information when moving which means no reroute, no cancel route, no find a place to eat)
Yeah, that's one thing I like about it. You're free from most proprietary inconveniences. All the skins for Frodoplayer were re-drawn by me and laid out as I wanted. I can add almost any capability that's USB based, and Windows XP compatible.
