Gen2 Stereo Question

I am wanting to install an auxilliary jack on the outside of my console beside the power port. (It's stupid that it didn't come standard.) Are the stereos that come with the jack from the factory the same as those that do not come with it? So all I would have to get is the harness and the actual input jack? or is there difference in the hookup in the back?

the aux jack started in 07.

I have a job 1 '07, no aux jack, no electric back window. All that changed with job 2.

Mine's an 07. I got the roll down back window but no plug . They thought it was standard when they were searching other dealers for what i wanted, but apparently not.

On mine the Aux jack is inside the console. Did you look there? Just sayin'....

My '07 Gen 2 Job 1 has no aux plug and no rear roll down window.

I read somewhere in a previous post that they started the Aux jacks and power rear window in later builds of the 07. I guess I was a lucky one.
