Gen II Hard Cover Emergency Release Cord Pin/Rivet

Does anyone know if the tiny fist clip that is on the underside of the Gen II hard tonneau cover is a separate part? I'm talking about the little push pin/rivet that holds the T handle at the end of the emergency release cord. One of the fingers broke off, so the cable dangles down. The clip can be removed, but I'm not sure where to begin looking for a replacement.
