The truck would not start this morning, I checked codes P0191 came up fuel rail pressure sensor.

When I turn the key to the on position I can here the click for the fuel pump but I do not here the pump run, would a bad rail sensor stop the pump from priming like that?

I replaced the fuel sending unit and module last year and I hope it is not that again!

You have an '05. If the sensor is bad keeping the pump off. You may not hear it run. '04 and '05 tracs, have run as need system. Not the early recirculating regulated pressure system.

I cant say but, electronics can fail anytime. Was your sensor ford or a major brand. Or discount parts cheapy.?

Week fuel pump was the cause, only putting out 20 psi.

It took a long time to turn over to get it started but then it would run ok but hesitate at heavy throttle, which makes sense.
