I changed my fuel filter today and then my oil and filter. (I used the purple stuff)

Then I got bored and decided to see what it looks like inside a fuel filter.

edit: I thought I followed the instructions on how to post a pic.

edit again: It worked. And I thought I did resize. I'll have to work on that next.

roger, changed mine a few weeks back, opened it, looked about the same (48 K miles)

Just blowing thru the new filter, was alot less resistance than the old one.

Doubgt it means anything tho.

I'm not sure how many miles on the filter. I bought the ST a few months ago.

There is a black greasy residue that will rub off of the filter.

Very bored. I'm a poultry grower. After I take care of of the chickens in the morning I have a lot of time on my hands.

Well there is a lot of mowing and fixing I could be doing. But maybe tomorrow.

I know people are tired of explaining this but could someone tell me how to turn that link into a picture on this page? Or any page. Thanks.:)

First I would recommend you shrink down the picture, it's easier to see that way ;)

Copy the link of the picture, click the blue button above the smileys, next to the button that looks like a piece of paper (the second button from the right), paste the link in between the brackets for the HTML tags (in between the ] and the [ ) and you're good to go.
