It's down along the chassis, below where the rear right passenger would sit. It's behind a plastic cover that's held by two 10mm bolts. the filter is held in place by two clips (one of each end of the filter). Slide the "inner" part of the clip out (it will not separate completely) and be careful on the first hose you remove since it's pressurized and fuel will spray out. Also, have a bucket handy since the line will empty out while you install the new filter. It takes all but 15 minutes if you can figure out the clips quickly. Don't break the clips or you will have to buy aftermarket clamps and then things get complicated.
