Are the spacers hub or lug-centric?

Traintrac- ummm im not sure. theyre the regular ebay ones you just put them straight on the lugs of your truck and then put the wheel on i dont really know the difference between the two

Fast Eddie- naa i never did it i felt like it was gonna be too much trouble and plus dad didnt want me with them on after what happened. i might consider buying them again later but for now im just going to sell them
