Frame rail rotted In the rear is it fixable

Hey ST family I am trying to see if my rotted frame rail is fixable before I try and replace and repair other issues on my truck. The rot is located in the rear of the truck near the passenger rear tire. Rot is on the driver side too but not nearly as bad. do I go to a regular mechanic or an auto body shop if it’s fixable ? I have never had this issue before any help

Most will not touch frames as it becomes a huge liability. I know the TV shows repair frames every day.
Local laws will dictate what you can do and parts from southern rust free states are hard to find.
