Fixing to order my fuel pump . . .

Hey folks.



I have a 2001 Sport Trac, Job 1.



I am fixing to order my fuel pump but want to make sure of something . . .



My fuel pump, it only has 1 port right?? I port, no flex fuel?? Right???

Changed my Fuel pump in my 01 job 1 trac about 2 months ago and you are correct 1 port. The project on hear shows a 2 port one. To make it easy on you try and get all the gas out as that is just added weight and a buddy to help as I did mine by myself and it was a balancing act. Also ratchet tie downs to hold the tank up as you are lowering it or raising, jack will work but alooooot of balancing. One last thinkg the fuel line and vent line are crappy nylon and will/can kink and break be careful with those. I got my pump off of Amazon for around $120 cheapest i could find.
