Finally got pulled over after 1.5years

Finally got pulled over last Monday for my rear plate being blocked. Ive only had this tirecarrier on since Feb 2008:icon16:





Cop was nice enough to give me a warning. So I decided to get off my lazy butt and relocate the tag. Tiregate wants $80 for their mount, I did this for spare parts and $15 Led plate light.

How I ran the wiring:

I plan to someday wire a quick disconnect, encase I want to drop the carrier for certain trips.





Also, finally Mounted my shovel with quickfist that have been sitting around for a year.

I am not sure what the law says about distance vs. obscuring the light in general.

The first time I read your question, I read it as "Can you spot a taser?"



I read it 3 times, until I finally seen the word "teaser". My answer is, yes. I see a hood snorkel. If you turn it around, you get a cool "ram air" system.

Wouldnt you solve all these problems and make it look better if you got one of these baskets and put that tire up top?? Looks weird to me hangin off the back.

i had the spare up top before, didn't like lugging it up and down. The shovel is for digging myself out when offroading, got tired of it banging around inside the bed





The snorkel is my next work in progress, it will be facing forward and closer to the roof line
