For some reason my 2010 V-8 started idling at 1000-1100 while in park. I only have 11K mile on it and always use Shell gas (low grade). I am running 87 performace tune from torrie, and have been running it from day one with no problems. Any ideas ??? I may try running 93 for a couple of tanks.

I dought it is the octane. Check all the connections of your TB motor and the TPS.

Also check the TB throat for any carbon build up around the throttle blade seat.

You can use the XCAL3 to adjust your in gear and park/nuetral idles independently.

Might be a glitch that changed those values.

Check the running temperature. Might be the thermostat. The idle speed is increased to pull more air over the radiator when the temperature is high.
