Does anyone know for sure if the factory sub/amp will work with the 2002 single disc/casette radio? I am pretty sure that it wont, but I just wanted to be certain.

IT will only work if the radio you have has the third plug in the back...
YOU must remove your radio to confirm this...There is no other way...

Todd is correct. I did the swap. If you click on my wrench you will see the project for it.
The third wire harness runs from the radio to the passengers kick panel. From there, you plug in the wire harness for the sub.
