Exposed Fuel Filler Pipe behind wheel

Maybe I just failed to notice this before, but has some kind of cover gone missing? Or is this just the way this is supposed to look?

I certainly don't remember that, but then again, I put some wheel liners in my '04..but in the fronts, not the rears, if memory serves.

Mine show also though somewhat different since mine is a Gen 1 and yours is a Gen 2. I'd say it was normal.

My '07 looks just like that. I'm assuming that it's normal, or there is a high demand on the black-market and we've all been robbed.
