This is going around the Telecom world today.



I won't say who the carrier is but it happened at a cell site in TN. Apparently the site went down (AC failure) and what you see in the pictures is the root cause.

Youch, that does not look pleasant. Parts of him appear to be extremely 'well done' with the majority relatively 'rare'. I will have a thigh and breast please, coleslaw, mashed potatos for my sides.
 
That breaks my heart. I do not have a problem with hunting or taking a "problem" animal out, but this is just wrong. I know it wasn't anyones fault, only the bears. I still think it is sad.

It makes me sad too, especially when I think about the resulting electrical surge/voltage drop that probably took out several nice computers....

Judging by the paws and claws, that looks to be a brown bear. It's not a bear you would find in Tennessee.





Oh. Nevermind. I read the rest of the post. Alaska it is.
