I have those same one on the front of my ST. I paired them with some Akebono ceramic brake pads. Little to no dust and great stopping power. They seem to have hardly worn at all over the past 50k miles. They are rather noisy though. Makes a "helicopter" sound when the brakes are applied. My wife's car has cross drilled/slotted rotors and they are quiet. I think it is because of the dimples that these are noiser than most...

intereasting,, I am sure all that noise is all the air keeping the rotor nice and cool! ;)

my akebono pads are sitting at my front door waiting for me to get home..!

I called around and people trie to talk me out of the ceramic pads,, but I stuck to my guns

Not recomended for towing...

Makes me feel safe. I will stick to my Carbon Metallic pads.

The noise you hear is the slots scrping on the pads. The slotted drilled rotors on my 1996 EGT make the same noise. On my 1992 EGT had drilled only rotors and they did not make that sound.
