I have a Magna Flow exhaust on my truck and it still makes that low whistle noise?! Did you ever figure it out yet? It is driving me crazy!!!!!!!!!!!!! It didnt make the noise until after i had my engine overhauled. And it only happens when i accelerate, IT DRIVES ME NUTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The dealer called Ford, Ford told them to test drive a new one becuase they all do it. They drove a brand new one on the lot and it did it to so "it's normal". I said to the tech, funny I've had it since march and this only started two weeks ago, and he said - yeah, that's weird. I just hope it is normal, they told me the noise was coming from the transmission. It drives me crazy too.
