double din stereo

How can I get a double din stereo on my ST?

I looked for a kit and i can't find one, Cruchfields just strainght out told me I would not fit. :lol: I searched the forums and the project section and I saw a lot of people have done it they just didn't say how. .

It will fit you have to trim the bottom and top of the dash bezel where the radio slides in, someone here may have pictures I cant locate one right now.

It's entirely doable, and a DIY doable at that.

On most kits a bit of trimming is needed to make the kit fit.

Yes I also have a Double Din in my 05 ST. I have a AVIC-900BT Pioneer installed and I will get some pics if you need them. Good luck and yes you can DIY without to much problem.
