Double Din install

For those that installed a double din in the Gen 1 sport trac, after triming the bezel, what mounting kit did you use to install the unit and support it?



I am still up in the air on what unit to get but I plan on repainting the bezel while I am at it to clean it up.

Used the Scosche kit. It's better than the Metra as it includes the rear plastic track piece.



Also painted it to match the dash.

Everything that we used came with the stereo, we didn't buy anything additional. There are more picutres in my library. We haven't painted the bezel. I kinda like the black. Looks like we have the same unit. I love mine, just wish you could do HD and satellite instead of having to choose. Also installed the bluetooth and it works great with my phone.
