Never mind, I found it in a previous Post:

Quick and dirty:

1. Remove two screws in center stack above AC controls, pull center stack forward (doesn't need to come completely out)

2. Remove two screw retaining hood release to dash base.

3. Remove two screws retaining knee panel at base of dash and pry panel out (friction clips at top).

4. Remove screws retaining knee panel reinforcement and set panel aside.

5. Remove three screws at top of dash cluster opening and screws at bottom of dash trim (exposed when knee panel is removed).

6. Pry out dash cluster trim and disconnect headlight and dimmer switch controls (this will require putting the shifter into low gear and tilting column down for enough room).

7. Remove four screw retaining cluster in dash cavity.

8. CAREFULLY remove PRNDL indicator from base of cluster by pushing on two release tabs and pull PRNDL out of cluster base.

9. Pull cluster forward and disconnect the three wiring connectors on rear (keyed to cluster, don't worry about their location, can only go in one way).

10. Place cluster on workbench and replace ALL SIX dash illumination bulbs (194 size).

11. Reverse procedure to put dash back together...

BTW, AC controls take two 194s if you want to replace all at the same time...
