I changed cracked elbow, today.

It happens to the best of them,,,



It is a VERY common failure.



I can't even imagine how many O2 sensors have been replace for the simple fact that people see the code and THINK it is saying there is an issue with the sensor. When in reality, the sensor is working perfectly and trying to help you figure out what it actually wrong..
