I don't want to take over the post but if you don't have the time and patience to build a box (which subwoofer boxes you need to build almost perfectly) they are $87 on ebay with free shipping that fit under the rear seat which is what I have. Just another option for you. Good luck with whatever you choose.

I had this one built for my 08 to go behind the backseat and it rocks!

P.S. - Be sure to read the YouTube description of the video... it gives the dimensions of the box displayed in the video. For this box, however, you'd need to remove the Rear kick panel and the rear seat fold-down gap flaps.

P.S.S. Now that I think about it... the box you makes all depends on the driver (subwoofer) you choose for the job and the manufacturers specs for the enclosure you decide to build.

I will say this... you WILL want to go for a port/vented enclosure to get the most output out of the sub you decide on. Your teenager will be glad you did.

BTW... I highly recommend sonicelectronix dot com. Best prices I've found online and their shipping times (at least to me in California) are great. Service really great too.
