broken piece in shifter

I thought I had the typical sloppy shifter and went to tight the screws under the dash once again. This time one of them didn't even thread in. I took the dash apart and found the piece that those screws thread into was broken. So my question is, what is the part number for that part? The nearest I can tell is that it is the Main Shaft Upper Retainer #F5TZ-3D681-A. Is that correct? Or possibly the shift tube?
