Boat Rack??

I remember seeing a few weeks or maybe months back a feller on here who hauled an aluminum boat on top of his track while pulling his holiday trailer, I've searched a bit and can't seem to find the pics of it, nor can I find a project on it. I was wondering if anyone had plans from how they made their boat racks?

i added plwd on the side of the rack so i could put my sleeping gear and stuff on top of the tunnal cover creates like a canoy for my gear i want to build it out of aluminum one day for know i will just paint it
