Bank 1 Too Lean

I'm getting a check engine light for Bank 1 Too Lean...Any ideas what I can check out to solve this? Past experience with other vehicles i'm thinking could be an O2 Sensor or i know my K&N Factory replacement filter is filthy. Any other causes for this?

Yep, checked the elbow and it has a hole in it.
