and i just came back from a 360 mile ride today. glad i involved in this one....did almost hit an amish buggy though. took some two lane blacktop that's shared with the amish.

This is why I'm an advocate of splitting lanes...whether it's legal or not.



I'd rather run the risk of being cut off than being hit from behind.

My Road King ended up under a Honda Civic like that, but with no truck in the front. I think my rear tire locked up and stopped the Honda because the driver never hit the brakes.



What a ride! Broken thumb and 2 staples in the side of my head, not much more damage. The bike was $6800 to fix and is as good as new.

Splitting lanes in kali is legal for bikers (question of the day? do you know why?) has been on the books for 70 yrs.

Actually Bill isn't isn't legal. It just isn't illegal like every other state. Originally used by the motorcycle police on air cooled bikes back in the day.
