Hey everyone. I'm getting an Ipod for Christmas, and of course I'm gonna wanna play it in my Sport Trac. But I've been reading reviews on FM transmitters, and I don't think I'll waste my money on static. However, I read that some CD players have an audio in jack which will have almost no static whatsoever. I have a 2002 Sport trac with the original 6 disc changer in it. I don't see an audio in jack on the outside, so I was wondering if there might be one in the back somewhere??? Or maybe someone will share a secret...like a special way to play the Ipod through my truck's stereo??

Does the 6-disc in-dash have an external CD changer port on it though? Says that's where it connects to the factory head unit.

I have a Monster one, never had any static probs with it. You just need to find an FM station that doesn't bleed over to another one. The Monster cable has 8 stations you can select from.

You just plug it into your aux plug and to your Ipod.
