Wait, so it's an unpowered fan that you just stuff in your intake tubing? How on earth do they expect to sell that lie? How would it "spin with your engine" when it isn't even linked directly to the crankshaft? Engine pulls in air based on throttle positioning, not on how fast it is spinning.

(Though there is association there).
