A/c shuts on and off

I changed my spark plugs (2nd time) @ about 118,000 miles... It only took 2.5hrs. With a lot of patience.... But now my a/c shuts off on acceleration but then turns back on after getting to a more cruising speed. In other words when I accelerate it shuts off. But turns on after wards.... Anybody experience this before? Any advise to what I did under the hood or why this is happening.

AC compressors normally cycle on and off, however you may have knocked a vacuum hose loose and that is causing a loss of vacuum at one of the vacuum operated HVAC control doors. You may also have a cracked/leaking vacuum hose that is just a coincidence and not at all related to your changing spark plugs

If you are talking about the compressor. The ECU takes it out at WOT.

Otherwise if you are talking about the air ducts switching the blower. As Rich said, look for a loose vacuum hose. There is one on the fire wall pasenger side.
