My 2010 ST just turned over 100k miles. Wanted to do a tune up. I’ve bought plugs, plug wires and the ignition coil. All motor craft brand. Just checking if anyone has replaced anything else for the tune up?

When replacing old parts with new,
note 99% of Factory+Vendor QC Staff are now long gone, so "New" don't mean "TestedGood".
Consider also doing these items:
* Clean+OhmCheck both the old+new CoilPack with a MultiMeter.
* OxSensors, renew every 100kMiles\12yrs; they wear out & bias Air+Fuel rich as they age.
* PCVValve, renew or at least clean, inspect Vac hoses+fittings for cracks+leaks.
* FuelFilter, renew.
* MAFSensor, clean, use MAFCleaner or RubbingAlcohol+CottonSwabs.
* ThrottleBody, clean., use CarbCleaner.
* IACValve, clean., use CarbCleaner.
* EGRValve, clean. use CarbClean
* DPFESensor, clean RiserTubes with CarbCleaner, inspect RiserHoses+SensorBody for heat damage.
* SerpBelt+Tensioner+Pulleys+HarmonicBalancer+Fan, inspect & renew as needed.
* ThermoStat+Housing, inspect & renew as needed; AluminumHousing strongly recommended.
* Battery+Alternator connections, clean+tighten.
* BrakePads+Rotor, renew as needed, suction+refresh Reservoir DOT4
* SteeringReservoir, suction & refill MerconV
* Trans PanDrop + ValveBodyBoltRetorq + new Filter + new PanGasket + new MerconV + BandAdjust
* TransferCase new MerconLV
* Diffs new 75w140.FullSyn+Additive@Rear, 75w90.FullSyn@Front, AmsOil recommended

my service manual says for 100k: plugs, replace coolant, pcv valve.
I also did wires with the plugs, have had too many experiences with weird misfires in wet weather after the wires cracked invisibly.
The coolant is every 50k after 100k. In my case I had a radiator leak meantime and got it done early ;-)

At 120k, check and repack wheel bearings (for 2wd, not sure about 4wd).
150k, trans and diff fluid replace, every 50k after this.

Thanks for the info. Lol yeah I had to change the coolant also earlier.
