just recently found out about the trails in colorado, utah and arizona. yes i've led a sheltered life. i've decided to buy a new Wrangler but the color i want is not available yet. so i've decided to see what my 2008 Sport Trac can do on these trails. apparently due to design, this truck is almost impossible to add a lift kit. so my question is will 33" tires with no lift kit cause a rubbing, turning or fender problem. i'm not planning on rock crawling, just driving on mountain trails that have an occasional big rock or two in the way. should i remove the running boards even though it looks like they set no lower than anything under the truck? anybody here ever take your Sport Trac to the Ouray/Silverton Colorado trails? Thanks.

Don't waste your money on a new Wrangle as they are nothing lilke they used to be. Pick up an older one with teh 4.0 in it and you will be MUCH happier.
