Yes the Box does fit behind the rear seat.

The seats will still lock when but back.



The two holes on the sides are so that you can put an amp or get to your jack.

I currently have my jack on one side and an amp on the other.

I'll have to look into what shipping would be tommorow and get back to you.

Sorry for taking so long on getting back to you.

Went on Vacation and just got back.

The quote using UPS was 140 to Canada.

The place I went to said that the post office will not ship.

I still have the speakers.

Shipping for US will not be more then $80 tops.
