A 2007 unit will not work in a 2003 ST.

Sorry for the delay on this for those interested...



This includes the OEM head unit, OEM sub amp (i will cut the harness from the rear of my ST if you'd like it), and Axxess 2-port aux input unit. The Axxess will require you to buy another wiring harness from http://www.axxessinterface.com/, but you could also try ebay, which is where I purchased it originally.
