Looked on NADA and KBB but you guys know the vehicles.

What's the asking price - I see you're in Alabama. I think those book values are off, especially KBB. I'd do an AutoTrader search for similar vehicle to get a feel for what the market is. Start off with "Any Distance" from your ZIP then work in closer.

The NADA price is alot closer in my opinion, also depends on what options it has
