04 in GA

Just bought an 04 with 116k and plan to work on this quite a bit. I immediately replaced the squeaking belt and pulley bearings. Plenty of opportunities to learn about this truck.

The SportTrac with V6~4.0L~SOHC Engin + 5r55e Trans + 1354 TCase +...
does have specific weaknesses+quirks, but if those items are addressed+maintained proper,
it can certainly be a lasting & reliable vehicle.

Thanks for all that. Ill be sure to add it. Im actually surprisingly happy with my new truck. I have never owned a ford before but it seems like it could be pretty easy to maintain. The belt was very easy to do.
