If you have LSD then the friction plates are worn out in which cause axle shaft side to side movement C-clip set up. Axle shafts should be good but the spider gears might be toast (worn uneven). Its a wear item if you have LSD.

I have the Summit racing 4:10 motorsports gears. They will fit but you will get more noise out of them. They are differant than the ford truck OEM 4:10 gear set.

Got my stuff from summit racing. The ST is a 8.8 31 spline axle set up. It was cheaper to buy the whole carrier with carbon clutches and just use the guts when doing the LSD. It will be a lot better to pop that carrier out of your going to do this yourself. Do some research on rubuilding the 8.8...

If you have LSD the clutch plates are worn out. Mine did the same thing the clutch plates were worn out along with the spider gears.

They should have a diode on the wiring there for the fog from high beam to low . Reverse the diodes and they should work.
