Congats Todd...

Truly happy for your success. I have a co-worker that is doing slightly less than you and he is looking much better and healthier. It will be interesting to see a picture.

Keep up the good work...

Lifestyle changes like this are a good reminder to everyone that contrary to what we all might think, there really is no healthy obesity. Yes, people will say things like "except for this extra weight, I am as healthy as a horse.". Obesity is a ticking timebomb. It will cause medical issues down the road.

Excuses like: I don't drink or smoke, so food is a better vice; this is my body type; I have a slow metabolism; I don't eat any more than people skinnier than me; i don't have time to exercise...etc...

These are the excuses we use to rationalize our obesity.

We all deserve to live full, healthy lives.

So, folks, use Todd as an example if this post talks to you. It isn't easy, and fad diets don't do it. If you want to lose 10lbs a month until you are fit, the plan is simple.... 3000 calories worth of cardio exercise a week (5 hours total) and eat a healthy diet at a caloric level to sustain your body (given age, sex, weight) and you will lose about 2 lbs a week... Each and every week... Until you hit your fitness level.
