2002 E vin engine swap with a 2004 K vin

I have been reading up on swapping out my 2002 ST E vin with a 2004 ST K vin and i am curious as to hearing from anyone who can shed some light on what specifically needs to done. Mainly what is a necessity to be replaced. But from what I have gathered is it seems to be pretty straight forward or am I mistaken? I am also not planining on using e85...the flex fuel engine will be used a gas engine not flex fuel...I will be using my injectors and fuel rails and fuel system as they are relatively new. Will the pcm need to be switched over as well? Also I have a 2wd and motor is from a 4wd.

Block and heads are the same.... just intake and stuff may be different but easily changed over.... Swap away !!

That's what I assumed thanks for the reply, looking at it it looks identical anyways I just wanted another one to weigh in I appreciate it.
