    2001 Sport Trac Lift Kit

    Hi, I became a new owner of a 2001 Ford Explorer Sport Trac just a few weeks ago. I was wondering how much can I lift the front of the truck by adjusting the torsion bar adjusters. What is the maximum I can lift the front. Now, would this stiff the front suspension? Thanks
