Its black and about 2 inches long, mounts to the valve cover, has 2 hoses running straight down it. The hoses can be a pain to get off but after that its easy.

Mine did something similar awhile back. I had a rock hung up on the dust shield where i wasn't that visible. Once i got the rock out it was back to normal.

Had some other problems creep upon me that might be related. I have a miss under load. Has anyone had problems with fuel injectors? If it isn't getting any fuel or the injector is clogged wouldn't it cause a lean condition?. I am also considering changing the plugs, wires and coil pack. got...

Well checked it out today and that elbow is fine. I pulled it off, cleaned it up and checked for leaks, nothing there. Any other ideas on what it may be? Thanks for the help

I have been running synthetic in mine for about 50k and had no problems with it. I have almost 160k on it now.

I had over 100k on mine before I changed them.

my cover has one pin on each side that goes into the top hole. the other hole on each side is for a divider that you can put in to divide the bed in half

mine leaks a little around the edges in the middle by the hinge. I can see where water has run down on the fender well on the inside
