They never made just the tip. It was integrated right in the exhaust piping.

OK, ya I know. I put duals out the back. I cut mine off the end of the

original pipe.

Was wanting to obtain another original one and weld them on my duals.

Can anyone help?

Play nice erv, BUT, the fact remains...NEVER been a stainless tip on a ST. Not one the would compliment your ST anyway.

The entire factory exhaust is stainless.

It's crappy low-grade stainless, but it's stainless.

Sorry if I sounded loud.

Just tired of people not reading posts fully before they reply with sourcasm.

I see the stainless tips on nearly all ST`s. Including mine.

It is welded to the end of OEM exhaust.

All I asked, was that I wanted to buy it from a fellow member if they had one.

I don`t have a picture of my ST in my library of the passenger side to show

the tip. ( Before the dual install) But I can take a picture of the tip I cut off and

put it in my library.

I would like to see this stainless tip, because as far as I know I have never seen a first generation Trac with any kind of exhaust tip other than the exhaust piping simply ending. But I could be wrong

my '02 has a stainless tip.... they must have been dropped in the later years...

My 02 also has an exhaust tip. I though it was a common feature :unsure:

the tip that came on my '04 was the shade of the rest of the tailpipe. Was not polished.

Go aftermarket. Plenty of stainless tips out there, better than using the factory crap.
