The amp and enclosure are in perfect shape. The 6" sub is on it's way out. For that reason I would say it's only worth $40.00 + shipping. I replaced my entire system and do not have a need for it anymore.

I will need to look for the connector from the HU to the Amp. I removed it and connected the sub wires from the stock HU to the speaker level inputs of my amp. I later decided to just go with an aftermarket HU with RCA's to the amps.
I would throw in the connector with the amp/sub enclosure if I can locate it.
