Replaced the "teapot" spout with a 2.50" pipe and 2.75" inside rolled tip, out the rear. Inside of the tip is not completely rolled over and has a sharp edge. Happens when accelerating under a load, never in neutral. Only engine mods are a throttle body, drop in filter, and air silencer removed. Belts, alternator, hoses, etc., all seem OK. Stock resonator is still installed. Never heard this until I changed the exhaust pipe and tip, almost a "supercharged" sound. Please no "whistling exhaust tip" or "happy whistle" jokes, heard one too many. Thanks. :banghead: EDIT- Almost a year later the culprit was caused by my OEM serpentine belt. Replaced it with the half inch shorter Gates K060860 and the "whistle" is gone.
