vibration

i have a random vibration feels kinda like a rumble strip for about the same duration at about 45. its when the truck is under a load when its shifts into 6th kinda like you would get in a manual car going into to high of a gear. it doesnt do it if i turn OD off. could this be in the drive shaft or in maybe the tune causing a load?

Torque converter chatter, I had this same problem on my 08 Limited. the fix for mine was to drain the transmission and converter. If you can let the converter drain over night. Install a new filter and refill. I did mine two months ago and it's been fine.
