Towing with Bumper

Any one know how much that bumper will tow? I have a small trailer that I'd like to pull around but can't find any ratings in the owners manual.



I'm hesitant to just install a ball into that bumper hole and try to pull my trailer without knowing the weight limit.

The rear bumper is equipped with an integral hitch and requires only a ball with a 19 mm (3/4 inch) shank diameter. The bumper has a 1,590 kg (3,500 lb.) trailer weight and 159 kg (350 lb.) tongue weight capability. Use a frame-mounted weight distributing hitch for trailers over 1,590 kg (3,500 lb).

I towed my two seadoos and trailer on the bumper no problem. It weighs in around 2000lbs. I also used to tow my flat bed trailer with about 3000lbs of weight no problem.
