So. Had a low mph front impact about 4 months ago. No body damage but I just notice one tow hook sits a little lower. Cant see my frame bent. Does it sit on a bracket that could have bent? Just wondering if anyone has had this happen? Visually I don't see anything out of the ord except it sits lower than tbe other.

Had the same issue happen to me on a bridge in 2010 when bad weather married me to the median. In my case the left tow hook too almost all the hit, but the braket it is bolted to was bent for sure. I'm not sure if it constitutes the "frame" technically but I'd think so.

Throw a front hitch on there like I did in 2013 and enjoy the new look, strength, and versatility that offers. Hitch mounts in place of tow hooks.

The frame would most certainly bend before those hooks do. I use those hooks for wheel chocks nowadays, meaty little devils.
