Aren't the SCT programmers VIN locked? So someone would have to get tunes made for the specific vehicle?

Once you flash the vehicle back to stock, it unlocks. you can only do this 5 times..... Then the tuner has to be sent back to sct.



Yes you need to buy tunes UNLESS your computer stragady is the same.



That can be found out by checking what it is in both vehicles.
