Everywhere I read I see 100Lbs max load for the cargo carriers. I bought a used Sears XCargo rooftop cargo carrier which I intend to carry clothing in for my move. I have aluminum square after market cross bars on the truck as well, After loading the box i weighed it at 175 Lbs.
Since I have crossbars, I'm not worried about the roof crushing in but is there ANY other concerns I should be looking at having an extra 75 lbs on top?
